TENNIS CAMP ON LINE REGISTRATION
You can fill in an application form to register you child to theInternational Tennis & Sports Camp.
This application is a pre-registration.
After the reception of your application, we will confirm by e mail or by mail.
The registration is effective after reception of the first deposit.
For this registration method follow this easy way.

2. Fill in the application form
Format Word:
1. Fill in the gray area of the application regarding ID and adress of the camper.
2. Precise the type of camp you chose, dates, level, informations regarding transport and travel.
3. Fill in the camp's fee, cancel inssurance, travel, discount, payment method.
4. Fill in the date.
PDF Format :
1. Print the application.
2. Fill in with hand the application and send it by postal mail or scan it and send it by email
3. Record the application form (Word uniquement)
1. After fill in the application, record it.
2. In the menu "Fichier", click on "save in..."
3. Chose the area on your hard disk.
4. Click on save.
Your application form is saved.

After the reception of your application form, we will send a confirmations mail.

After the deposit payment, we will send a the complete registration folder with:

• Medical information sheet.
• Coaching liason sheet.
• Advices and recomandation sheet.
• Transport an travel informations.
• The inventory sheet.
