MEDICAL FORM
If your child requires medical treatment, place treatment information and medecines in a small bag which will be given to the camp director who will make sure that the treatment is taken.
The tennis camp is linked to the medical centres of Allos and Colmars les Alpes where a doctor can be called at all times .
• We remind you that it is of utmost importance to complete the camper's medical form and to mention any sanitary requirements that you think wil affect his or her stay.
