1) TUITION DESCRIPTION :

Fees include programme tuition, full board, all activities and social life activities, sanitary assistance (medical fees to be paid for at the end of camp), and civilian responsibility insurance. Loss and theft are not included.
Fees do not include the cancellation insurance ( 29 Euros ) and transportation.

2) SESSIONS :

All programmes are available during the 4 sessions.

JULY : • SESSION 1: JULY 4 to 18, 2008 • SESSION 2: JULY 18 to AUGUST 01, 2008.

AUGUST• SESSION 3: AUGUST 01 to AUGUST 15, 2008 • SESSION 4: AUGUST 15 to 29 2008.

3) DISCOUNTS :

10 % discount for a second camper from the same family.
10 % for a camper staying for more than 1 session.

4) REGISTRATION :

Return the complete registration packet with:
1)The signed application form along with a recent photo.
2) Fees for tuition + (if chosen) the fees for the cancellation insurance.
Health form, complementary information concerning the trip, technical tennis sheet and the necessities for camp will be sent after receipt of your registration.

5) TRANSPORTATION BY COACH

Campers are checked in from Paris with the staff and camp director.
A camper can be checked in in Aix-en-Provence (TGV train station) or NIce (Nice Airport).Campers can also report and leave directly from camp.

6) CHANGE OF PROGRAMME:

A camper can switch from one camp to another.He or she will have to have permission from parents and the camp director. Parents will be required to make an additionnal payment depending on the tuition for the chosen camp after a week at camp.

7) CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATIONS :

Inform the camp as soon as possible by phone and confirm by a written letter.
In case of cancellation 1 month or more before camp starts,all fees will be refunded minus 50 euros for cancellation fees.In case of cancellation less than 1 month before camp starts, fees will not be refunded.
There is no tuition reduction for late arrival or early departure.
Once a camp starts, it is not refundable.

8) INSURANCE:

TLCVLO, its staff and campers are insured by a civilian accident responsibility, defence and police N° 110 076 181 with the company M.M.A Perrault - Eschbach - Robin, 81, rue Alphonse Baudin, 01400, Chatillon sur Chalaronne.France

9) CANCELLATION INSURANCE :

29 Euros- In case of cancellation before camp starts, It will allow the full refund of fees no matter the date or the reason for cancellation. In case of early decision to stop camp(e.g: injury requiring the camper to stop physical activity), it will allow the proportionnal refund of camp excluding transportation fees for the return trip. In all cases, the cancellation insurance fee, 29 Euros , remains acquired by TLCVLO.
Attention: You will be refunded once the camper has left camp.

10) CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANISATION :

Thierry Lamarre CVLO has the right to cancel camps in case of major reason, security, minimum number of campers not reached (minimum : 10 campers).
In this case,Thierry Lamarre CVLO will refund all fees.
